So, this is what happens in California where possums have no natural predators,
but lots of trash cans to forage in and lots of residential area speed limits
to prevent them from becoming speed bumps. They get HUGE! This is a medium
sized specimen, but I've seen possums slinking across the streets at night
that are easily the length (not including tail) of a medium sized dog. MAN
would I love to have one of these for a pet!
