Friends/John/Mauser/
Some pictures of my friend John's Egyptian mauser that I picked up for him and
am storing in my gun safe. It fires 8mm mauser from an internal magazine; it's
also a bolt action rifle. Kinda hard to find cheap non-corrosive ammunition
for it but it works ok. I'll stick with my Mosin-Nagant M44; it's a bolt action
carbine and fires a comparable round. The mauser has a much prettier bayonet
though, although getting it to disengage is a pain in the rear.
